Teaching Concepts

​

This level exposes students to vocabulary beyond school-based textbooks-to build-up on their mental library of  good vocabulary. Concurrently, students will get to familiarise themselves with accurate grammar and sentence structure. Our students will be trained to read aloud with varying tones, emotions and pace, with regard to the context of given passages. This helps them converse fluently with confidence and ease. Additionally,  with video analysis and picture description opportunities in lessons, our students will be able to convey their opinions and views succinctly using the spoken Chinese Language with a well-rounded, wholesome approach.

此课程不仅着重于巩固学生们的课本词汇，同时也会增加课外的词汇量。同时，学生们也会掌握中文的正确语法，如中文的句子结构等。此课程会着重如何提升孩子们的朗读技巧，如情感的运用、语速等。同时，此课程也会加强孩子们的口语表达能力，通过看图片或视频的训练，孩子们能够用简单且流利的中文把内容完整地带出。

Teaching Concepts

​

This course will focus on preparing the students for listening, reading and speaking in Chinese, following the framework used by MOE syllabus. This course will be exam-oriented and focus on developing the skills to prepare students for exams.

​

In this course, students will practice on their listening skills by answering multiple- choice questions as well as open ended questions based on audio and visuals prompts. As for oral communication, the students will practice speaking on topics that are relevant to the MOE syllabus and master the techniques to answer the questions, in addition to reading aloud prepared texts with the appropriate tone and pacing.

In this course the students will be trained to improve their vocabulary and grammar used in comprehension and formal writing.

此课程会依据新加坡教育局教学大纲，着重在培训孩子们对于中文的听、说、读、写等各方面的 力。此课程也会加强学生掌握考试模式与作答技巧。

 

通过此课程学生们能增加且丰富他们的词汇量，加强中文语法的掌握，以及掌握写作技巧。在口试方面，除了基本的朗读训练，学生也会进行看视频说话的练习，了解新加坡最新的时事新闻，并且能够技巧性、系统性地回答考官的问题。

Teaching Concepts

​

This course aims at gearing our students for their PSLE examinations. We focus on preparing the students for listening, reading and speaking in Chinese, following the framework used by MOE syllabus. Lessons will be exam-oriented; developing the skills needed to prepare students for their exams.

​

We expose our students to a variety of writing styles to tackle the composition component in examinations. Namely picture-based composition, situational writing and guided composition.

 

 

To improve in listening comprehension the students will practice answering questions as well as open ended questions on audio and visual prompts. As for the oral segment, our students will practise speaking on topics relevant to the MOE syllabus, mastering techniques to answer the questions. For comprehension, our students will learn to identify and explain their views and ideas from the texts with confidence and learn to read short passages aloud in with varying tone, emotion and speed.

此课程主要是为了让学生应付小六会考（PSLE）而设计的。此课程会加强学生掌握考试格式与作答技巧。

 

此课程会加强学生对于各种作文题型（看图作文、命题作文、完成文章）的写作技巧、掌握写作步骤、并且把所学的好词佳句灵活性地运用在作文里。同时，我们会巩固学生的课本字词并且丰富其课外词汇。通过此课程。学生会进行大量的语文知识练习，并掌握阅读理解的作答技巧。

 

​在口试方面，我们会进行听力训练和朗读训练，并提升孩子们对新加坡时事新闻的敏感度，了解口试的考试模式并且技巧性地、系统性地回答考官的问题。
